Like the last strategy, just purchase the Score x2 red hat first, and then the Score 圆 as soon as you can after that. Purchasing Red Hats basically just requires a lot of bolts. Note that the only character that doesn’t count toward 100% game completion is Dancing Jack Sparrow. After that purchase Score 圆 and you’ll soon get all the bolts you could possibly need to purchase characters. Your best bet is to purchase the Score x2 red hat from the very beginning, which will help you get bolts faster, and help you get True Pirate easily on most missions.
